CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

After your order is placed, we begin by sourcing and purchasing the yarn specifically for your piece. Once the yarn is received, production begins.

Production requires approximately 18 hours of crochet work, in addition to finishing and preparation.

After production is completed, your order will be prepared for shipping. Shipping takes a minimum of 3 days, depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that shipping timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Please allow sufficient time before your event, cruise, vacation, or travel date.

Production begins after your order details and measurements have been received and finalized.

IMPORTANT

Because this is a handmade custom garment, slight variations in stitch appearance, tension, and measurements are a natural characteristic of handmade crochet and are not considered defects.
